- Virtual goods do not have any real-world monetary value.

4. Refund and Chargeback Policy

- Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server and Store.

6. Delivery of Goods
Virtual goods purchased from TheBanditSMP Store will be delivered to your account in-game after successful payment. Delivery is typically instantaneous but may take up to 24 hours in some cases due to technical issues or delays.
If you do not receive your items within 24 hours, please contact us through our support channels with proof of purchase, and we will investigate the issue.
7. Account Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that your Minecraft username and any other required details are entered correctly when making a purchase. We are not responsible for misdelivered goods due to user input errors.
8. Use of Virtual Goods
Purchased virtual goods, including ranks and perks, may be subject to restrictions or limitations. Any player caught using unfair means (e.g., hacking or exploiting) may lose access to their purchases without a refund.
